Sonu nigam is not getting songs since 10 years is just impossible for me to digest. He is still the best.

Those songs don't deserve Sonu. He is right to be selective. This music we are getting ha ha hoo hoo and forced lullabies both are just mediocre stuff or even low. Sonu is par excellence, he has Rafi Sahab songs if nothing else in Bollywood. We love him so much.
Compositions of his calibre aren't being made these days. Few selected compositions go to singers who profit for the music company. He still sings great songs every year.
Because music directors cannot afford him now and he does not want others to be dubbing his song once he records .... He wants to be artist who is dignified
I didn't know that he was such an open guy. I respected him as a singer till today. Now he owns my respect as a human being too. Such a great man with so much conviction and earnestness.
Only a solved and pure soul can humbly describe all these issues.. Sonu Nigam's fan following is the proof of his immense hardwork and good deed.. truely really very honoured to call you my only Idol...!!!

Even Lata ji fought for royalties issue. But dare not any composer sideline her for her stance on this issue. But in today's generation there are so many singers or say autotune singers, the real singers are easily sidelined. Someone tell them magic cannot be created by softwares. I usually don't comment. However, this came from my heart. Heart goes out to the old artists who dedicated their lives to art, but cannot earn, due lack of work, health, disabilities.
