Any meditations you are drawn to on UA-cam will be great guides for this, the back heart to me is about attachment to grief and heartbreak around people, situations and outcomes. Sometimes betray can cause pain there too. For cord cutting I stand at my altar and sweep my body with a cord cutting knife I have with archangel Michael on it, I also use sage and whatever else I am intuitively drawn to at the time, with some prayers or release and forgiveness. I actually get this comment quite often about the week ahead part not resonating but then people coming back because it actually did in the end 😅😉
