Look awesome! RS was my third choice. Voromotors fumbled my first pev purchase with the GTR they sent me. It was a disaster. I ended up getting my refund and going to WYRD RYDS (awesome guys) and got my second choice in the updated Nami Burn E 2 Max with PMT tires installed. The RS throttle and the display is a low point for me but not a fan of thumb throttle either in Nami but all 3 scoots are beasts in their own right. Nice buy!
Hows VoroMotors customer service? I really want one of these scooters but ive heard horrible things about Voro which is the only thing keeping me from purchasing.
Very nice! So the RS i purchased is Definitely fast. That was the thing about the limited space we had a Rider Fest, we just didnt have enough space to let these scooters rip lol. Thank you steve for making this video, keep them coming. I still got 1 more week to go before i can unbox mine and get some detail specs on it.
Sounds like yours makes that loud vibration/noise at 20mph too and the loud electronic/regen brake noise. From what I can tell the noise/vibration you get at 20mph is from the hollow stem tubes. When I first noticed that on mine I thought it was a motor problem lol but its harmless.
I have my RS acceleration level for the front and rear set at 20% and its way less violent lol. Get yourself some straight handlebars to replace those stock curved bars. It will give you more stability and more deck room to stand. Dropping your stem height also helps give you more standing room as well. I have mine at level 4. That stock Bafang throttle is garbage too btw, its extremely low resolution and is terrible for fine speed adjustment. The actual controllers in the RS are super high resolution and are held back by that stock throttle. I ride mine with the suspension adjusted to level three (the level just above the way it comes OOTB) and never bottom out. But for your use case the highest level will make it comparable to the GTR.
Excellent advice. YogiSteve also needs to tune the suspension sag, compression rate and rebound rate; that RS should be set up to ride like a Cadillac, not a Sport-Tuner. What throttle would you advise?
@grb1969 Its all personal preference and almost any throttle is better then the one it comes with. I wired up a talaria sting R throttle to work on my RS.
@grb1969 The cool thing about the RS is that in the app it has a setting to tune your throttle to the controllers. Most scooters Ive used dont have that!
Even though I don't ride scooters myself, I can tell that the handle bars look pretty dang close. I can imagine how they would feel. But looks like a powerful scooter!
It's very cool such a blessing to get this unit in. The more I ride it the easier it gets. I can't wait to get it on a group ride. Have a good weekend man
You can 3D print a little thing to put on there and make it a thumb throttle if you like that better. Looks like a nice scooter, I like InMotion products for sure.
I think my final analysis of throttles is that for me it's better just to have variety. So while it takes a little bit to get used to this iit s better for my thumbs and wrists which are generally always in pain from repetitive stress.
Looks like an amazing scooter. Looking forward to seeing one. I have had twist throttles on a stand up scooter, and I wasn't a fan. The Guy I sold that scooter to loved the twist throttle. I'm curious to see your long term opinion of the twist throttle on a stand up scooter.
Great video man that scooter is so bad ass thinking about getting one any chance you can tell me what tube I can buy for my mantis king gt voro is out of stock
Godfather, I own the GT1 with twist throttle, be careful with your gloves, sometimes it sticks a bit. My buddy busted his ass on his RS, after 25 miles under his belt, he got the hang of it.
Nice video. I'm debating between this and the emove roadster. Roadster is just the most badass for the price point, but the RS has more features that I'm a huge fan of. IPX ratings, security features, app, maneuverability/portability...price lol. I'll probably end up owning both.
i think the Roadster is gonna cost closer to $6000 - it does look pretty sick. Once one is available at the local Voromotors I already have an appointment to test ride it. Also discussion of me borrowing one for a few delivery shifts.
That “rake” and long wheel base is what I’d really like on a torquey scoot. That being said, I am SOO..happy 😊 with my OG STORM! LOVE the torque, love the square-wave controllers. I adjust my “P’s” to challenge my 70 year-old ass which gives me more range. LOVE that take-off: gonna buy PMT’s for “hole-shots” and, as I understand it from V_Tha_Sapien, comfort! Thanks again, SO MUCH!!!
Hello, I’m thinking of buying a Wolf GTR and have a 3 questions. Does it require a lot of maintenance? Have you had to use the warranty for defects in the time you have had it? Would you recommend buying the extended warranty? Great channel, liking your content! Thank you
Sorry, it took me a while to get to this. I'm just noticing it. As much maintenance as any other scooter. I did get a flat, and since the room was bent the warranty you got me a new rim. I don't really have much of an opinion on the extended warranty. Most important is that you have somebody local to help you if you do have a problem.
They are different and I’ll talk about the differences in the next few episodes. Using very general terms the GTR is more like a fast tank and the RS is more like a racing scooter.
Hey man you should buy the teverun fighter supreme ultra ! It's Everything you need !!! Better than GTR,inmotion RS, teewing xtr! The fighter supreme ultra comes with a alarm also you can use it to turn off and on youre scooter just like a car also comes with nfc if you don't want to use it the best part is it's a 72v60ah!!! I own one myself I weight 193lbs and I'm still able to get it up to 66mph consistently gps verified 10,000 watts of pure fun the range on it is amazing I rode it for 5 days without charging it! I was able to get 76 miles on it and that's with me pushing it here and there but usually cruising at 20-35mph and when I need to I would do 48-60mph a bunch of time I wanted to get a real life range on it took nearly a week I tracked my miles and ended up with 76miles I couldn't believe it myself I could have gotten 80 if I didn't push it as much as I did it would be prevent for what you do you will never have to worry about range !
Sounds awesome and I appreciate your passion for this scooter! Unfortunately, I am basically a lower middle-class person. I don’t have money to throw around. I get all my scooters through my affiliate deal at a Voromotors so if they don’t sell it I don’t ride it.
Hey there from Vancouver Island B.C 👋. I’m about to pull the trigger on a dualtron Ultra 2 up after watching your videos. Is there anything comparable for the same price or lower? Does it get unneeded attention being too big and beefy? I’m being told I’m going overboard but I really like the look, speed and distance they can reach. Thanks for the posts one of the few guys making videos with dualtrons
It is a great scooter I really like mine! I'm not sure in Canada if you can order from Voro but I do have a $300 discount code ESADUALTRON which will bring the price all the way down to $2485 and they are in stock - all the scooters in this class will get attention on the road to be be honest. I think culture is getting more and more used to them though I hardly get harassed. Good luck ride safe!
Thanks for taking the time to reply and help me make a decision. You are the only person on UA-cam with real world experience of these scooters and when I couldn’t find many reviews on such an expensive scooter it made me hesitant. I just bought the Ultra 2 Upgraded 32ah I’m super excited! I couldn’t justify getting the 40ah and I hope the 32ah will be enough. Thanks again and I’ll definitely be watching your videos here on out. Cheers and Happy New Year from Canada 🥳
Flying Dutchman again. I am seriously thinking to buy this scooter. Because it will not brake down while riding through the rain. And when you use it to commute rain is something that i will be riding in a lot. And then also to be able to only use the frontwheel is a big plus. What i am wondering about. Is it possible to walk beside it while using a engine ? Me asking this because when i am at the trainstation i need to do 12 meter stairs. And use a metal rail at the sides of the stairs where normally the wheels of a bicycle go in. And then push the bike up in that while using the stair yourself. Carrying such a heavy scooter up and down such stairs is not really an option. Taking it up and out the train will be difficult enough. It saddens me. Watching ppl on the streets that are in the grip of horrible drugs. Sadly due to extreme pain i had to use Oxy for ten years. Day in and day out. So i know how hard it is to get of it. Seven years more then 300 mg per day. But i had to keep on working and could not effort to be 6 months without being able to work. Seeing so much people like in your vid who probably started using that due to probably mentally pain is very saddening to watch. Also the awareness that the System you live in is nor able to prevent it from happening to good people nor that the System is able to help all of them. Human beings who are hurting so much , suffering so much. Really standing still by that it is probably not ok to name them Zombies. Although i understand how that works. From time to time i also am guilty to that. Nobody can carry the whole world. I had to battle that for more then 6 months to get rid of it. But i also am aware that a lot of people like that easily can become a Zombie. And still every Zombie is someones daughter or son. Or the other way around. It is horrible for them to know that a loved one is doing the Zombie-dance somewhere. 😢 Thanks for your video's and stay safe.💪💪
If you're gonna ride your scooter in the rain make sure you look into additional waterproofing. These scooters are basically water resistant, but not waterproof in the long term.
And as far as all the spiritual stuff, you're saying, I mean, I get it I've read most of the major works by some of the great estimate authors during my early period as a yoga student. Everything I am saying is surface and not necessarily my actual belief system, or the way I act outside of the camera.
I'm not sure why you floorboard it and release and floorboard it and release on a scooter. Once you get going you can have it like halfway or however you need it and keep it there. I have a scooter and that's how I use it. 😀
Yeah I probably don't know what I'm doing with 40,000 miles experience. Give me a break man. When you hit these throttles you get 100% juice. I don't know what you drive but every scooter I drive even with sinewave controllers there's not much subtlety to it. You cannot hold these types of throttles at a halfway point I don't really know what you were talking about
LA must be way different from NYC cause you leave your scooter outside longer than 5 minutes out here and it’s gone
Oh yeah 100% New York City is pretty bad but downtown LA you gotta be careful I just don’t work there
The acceleration on that thing is nuts!
You got the RS sweet
I think the weather is going to allow a group ride next Sunday I'm gonna bring it in. Hope the family is good!

I like Jack-in-the-Box tacos; they have the proper grease-to-tortilla ratio.

Is it possible to slow the acceleration on dual motors? That shit is snapppy!

How long does your battery last on average?
I'm not sure I haven't maxed it out yet. Going by voltage, amp hour and weight of the scooter I probably get about 30 miles range at about 40 mph
Is your speedo measuring in KPH or MPH? as I see the speed rise so quickly on this scooter. I watch all your video's this seems to be very fast...
Kilometers per hour - i'm sure I'll change it soon enough to miles per hour
