One of the most professional clips I’ve seen recently. Real attention to making sure each pore is completely clear, and firm but gentle pressure with no skin damage from the squeezing. I’d truest him/her with my skin.

I don't know why viewers are always screaming "she's scarring them!" This blade is so tiny, the tip is the size of a pore. Also the straight clean edges heal much better than use of round of other odd shaped tools that other channels use.
You are 💯 % correct. I believe her methods are superior to what they do in the US. Those awful extractors just drag, bruise and rip the skin apart. A tiny, superficial cut is much better.
@@helentee9863 Pretty sure that's one reason. There's a Vietnamese dermatologist that has a channel on UA-cam. He treats some really nasty cystic acne. People always say "Squeeze harder and get it over with!" and he says he's preventing scarring. I guess they don't believe him. 🤨

This lady is just awesome...the only one who will tackle the difficult ones loaded with cystic acne, she is always meticulous in her work....I do not bother to watch anyone else's work. When you have seen the best why bother with with the ones that don't bother to clean out pores, and leave a lot of spots untouched, or turn the skin to mush...this young lady is so gentle when she is working on the inflamed parts. J say I don't watch anyone else's, in fact I do, that of Hein, same Spar she is also excellent in her work...thats what I think anyway

Interesting video! The client, who obviously has some skin concerns, also has areas of perfectly smooth, beautiful skin - a combination you don't see often. I would love to know what's causing the breakouts. Thuy is wonderful and thorough, as usual! I'm not a huge fan of blood in skincare videos, but I find it impressive that Thuy doesn't shy away from it and does her best to get the blood out and reduce the inflammation. The client is in great hands! 👍❤
I believe she has PCOS. She has other signs of this such as excess weight and hirsutism. It’s definitely not from lack of hygiene, it’s a hormonal imbalance. Hopefully she’s also seeing a Dr for treatment.
@@gissneric l read a academic paper on line last week where he suggested that in fact the inflammatory response comes first, even before the pours are apparently blocked, so that would probably refute what you are saying. He suggested topical anti inflammatorys to treat all acne
For me, I break out from drinking iced tea, soda, (diet soda is ok) and peppermints. Each person has to figure out what causes theirs. I’m thankful mine is not chocolate!

The bacteria pools n eats away the collagen causing the pitting scars. The poking with the blade is beneficial bc not only does it allow for the gunk to come out easier but it stimulates collagen production. This is an EXTREMELY close up view so it looks like the blade is huge n that it's making large holes but as a RN I guarantee those blades are small n the tip is very thin. They are also extremely sharp which makes for a nice clean tiny opening that will heal completely without leaving a mark. Ofc I'm not saying there is never scarring or marks left especially if u don't know what u are doing but for the most part this method of extraction in combination with other treatments is very effective. Remember u are only seeing a few mins of an hour long session that includes much more than just extraction😊

It can be purely hormonal, but given that this is in Vietnam, there's also the possibility of it being related to Agent Orange, the chemical used by Americans during the Vietnam War. One of its side effects is severe acne. My dad was exposed, and he was warned that it mutates DNA and can be passed down for 3 generations. Sure enough, 4 out of 5 of my siblings have health issues directly related to Dad being exposed to Agent Orange as a soldier. It might be why there are so many Vietnamese pimple popping channels.
The seed oils used in Asian cooking are responsible for the bad skin situation in my opinion. Also the habit of not using soap to wash the face on a daily basis, which would free up the pores.
She has skin like marble! I have rarely seen such a beautiful skin.

No matter how good your skin is from genetics, if you don't take care of your skin, you will still get blackheads/whiteheads or acne.

It can be purely hormonal, but given that this is in Vietnam, there's also the possibility of it being related to Agent Orange, the chemical used by Americans during the Vietnam War. One of its side effects is severe acne. My dad was exposed, and he was warned that it mutates DNA and can be passed down for 3 generations. Sure enough, 4 out of 5 of my siblings have health issues directly related to Dad being exposed to Agent Orange as a soldier. It might be why there are so many Vietnamese pimple popping channels.

Acne is caused by hormones, stress, diet, environment and hygiene. Asian skin is typically very oily, which adds to this.

The seed oils used in Asian cooking are responsible for the bad skin situation in my opinion. Also the habit of not using soap to wash the face on a daily basis, which would free up the pores.
