I have the older 3x3 baler. Love it. Not good in dry grass hay even when rubber coating the roller. Other wise it is a great baler. Wish I could afford the new style. All I do is grass hay, and sometimes it's hard to get it baled at the exact time, so I have to fit the dry hay. Great products all around.
Silly question, but could you properly hookup one these balers to a bobcat toolcat uw53 (25 rear pto hp) and run it? Would there be connection issues for electrical, hydraulic even, or drawbar issues?
Thank you for your question. The only concern is the length of the electrical wiring but that can be easily modified with an extension. The baler has a very long cord and we usually coil it up in most cases. You do not need hydraulic outlets because the baler has it's own hydraulic pump. You have more than enough power to operate this baler and the two would be a great combination. The baler connects to the lift arms on your UW.
Very cool video. I'm interested to know how often it's needed to change/replace the idler sprockets/sprocket with bearing. what is the most common failure mode?

Use spray on bed liner on your roller it's rough enough to feed dry grass
@MikeSmith-uj9tu I did, and it didn't help. Thanks.
What model baler you have ??
@@TeresaJohnson-ew4us TRB0910B
Can you use hytran hydraulic fluid in haler ??
If it's the IH hy-tran then yes. or a 10 Wt power steering fluid which is cheaper and at any auto parts store.
@@smallfarminnovations4265 how much is this baler ???
Where is the baler made ???
Can you get replacement parts for the baler ???
Do they have the option to have regular draw bar style hitch instead of the 2 point hitch
Only two point. He can make a single if that's what you want.
