I think Maurice was the most humble of the the three Bee Gees, but I love them all and Andy as well. Maurice had a fantastic smile and wit. I miss the three brothers together. They were the best!

Морис был самым лучшим из них, имея все: талант мультиинструменталиста, муз. директора, аранжировщика, певца и конечно же полноправного соавтора песен, не выставлял свои амбиции напоказ. Добрый характер, любовь к своим братьям и другим людям были видны всем и притягивали наше внимание к нему. Он был скрепляющим элементом, миротворцем в своем роде, когда старшие братья имели какие-то разногласия , именно он восстанавливал мир. Mauruce gibb is truly my sweet favorite he’s such a sweet handsome adorable dashing man with such grace and so much style it truly broke my heart when he passed away but knowing he’s with the lord watching down as his family us growing is confirztble knowing , Yvonne was his great true love , she always stood close by her man with so much love god bless Maurice and Yvonne Adam Sammie and their precious grandchildren
I looked up some of Maurices solo work so I could clearly hear his voice. (Obviously the BeeGees harmonies r flawless, but it's sometimes hard to hear Maurice.) I actually cried the 1st time I heard Maurice singing a solo song. His voice was so clear, and pitch perfect, and effortless. (Man I miss Maurice, Robin & Andy!) Maurice's voice was one of a kind, like Brad Delp, Steve Perry or Wolfgang Van Halen. Those singers have a God given gift, and, u know exactly who's singing the second u hear the song. And yes, I know there r other AMAZING SINGERS, & people have different taste, but the above singers came to mind. (And Brad Delp is one of my all time fav singers!)

I cannot begin to sense what losing all your brothers are like, and your the last one left. It takes a very strong person to continue on with your own, life plus having to deal with whatever things you never resolved with them once they left physically.
I can relate with Barry Gibb and I know what he feels. I am no world renowned artist just a retired Soldier who has lost all my brothers and sisters, there are things i wish I had said to them things I wish I had done with them before they passed everyone of them left suddenly and with no warning. It is hard to pick up and go on. Barry I feel a great Kinship to You. May all our Siblings Rest in Peace God go with You Barry.
