I’m living all by myself for the first time since I was 20. I’ve always lived with a boyfriend, family, friends or roommates. The first several nights were tough. I have abandonment issues too. Also I’m a sound sleeper and I often worry someone could break in and I wouldn’t wake up. I hope you don’t have a bad time being alone. Take time to focus on you. That’s what I’m going to do but I’m a socially awkward introvert. Lol
It’s okay to rely on others, but time by yourself is important as well. It gives you space to breathe and learn more about yourself. Take care of yourself, reach out if you need to and have fun being accountable only to yourself for a while.

Not sure if you'll see this but I use to get sore throats that would swell up so bad that I almost needed a traceadomy. So at the first sign of a sore throat I take a qtip and apply honey straight to my throat and eat it. Ill have green tea with honey and of that a couple times a day. Honey is known to kill strep bacteria I havent had a sore throat that needed medical treatment in 6 or 7 years now. So next time you start to feel a sore throat coming on you should give that a try. Id love to see your boyfriend congrats on a year together.
