Hey Johnny. I have that exact saw (almost. mine is 1250) and, yes, she's a great saw. Not perfect, but a really good saw. I was inspired to get one (flippin expensive but worth it) by videos like yours. As a landscaper I needed a table saw that could repeat cuts, exactly, and this Rubi 250 Expert does just that. It saves me time and money, to be honest, an d I couldn't be without it. Heavy machine it is but I use loading ramps to load and unload it. Yes, it must be placed on level ground for best performance. Enjoying your videos...thanks for taking the time to upload these for us all. Greetings from Ireland. Peter Dunne Landscapes.

    Hi John
I think I'll through my 1250 in the shed now , I don't want to use it now it like parking your Ford kuga in a car park and someone parking a Bentley next to it 😅😅👍 , well said mate Heath and safety 💘👍we always mark with pencil then leave the line in cutting first pass line to left blade to right 👍👍👍 it is precise stuff though mate and thank good there is a few on here that can do it , not for your average DIY man 👍 it's a trade pal cutting porcelain is at the top of the tree , sandstone is easy by comparison but still requires skill 💘👍 the right tools , the right labour , not rushing ,and a realistic price is a must and a bit of good weather is a winning combination 👍 keep safe mate and all the best,

Can you set the depth on the plunge? To cut in drips on capping stones etc. Thanks

Could you retro fit the older DX 250 legs with the newer DCX type? Seems like it could work.

@@GreentopLandscapes Sorry, I meant the handle, I have the older / smaller version with the vertical handle, much easier to push / hold down...?

Its they never have much in stock this what’s happens when try in stock everything just doesn’t happen. Lovely saw just wish they can produce a quality blade. 40-50 cuts dressed back with there stone abrasive materials never comes back to life. Viper blade does give a super quick and good to burn out quick.

Best blade av used to date must so kept a few as they fly concrete products. Just that porcelain kills them quickly. The small dry cutting blade for grinders been using them for a year now they are superb.
