Though not mandatory for an MP to raise slogan for own country (i.e. Jai Bharat), during swearing in cermony/programme, he can'nt praise other friendly country too if he choose not to praise own country for which he is being sworn in. Thus, it becomes serious issue of allegiance to own country which render him unfit as a true member of Parliament.

Jethmalani is talking nonsense. Why should he raise such a slogan while taking an oath as an MP inside the Indian parliament. He can express his concern for Palestine outside the oath ceremony or during his speech or raising a concern as an MP while attending a parliament session. But this was an absolutely unlawful act.
