You can still do this method after the 1.1.0 patch, but it seems to be a lot harder now. I haven't figured out why it let's me get up there sometimes. If anybody can still get it easliy after the patch, let me know and I'll make an update video. The altitude glitch still works if you want to do that
thanks for the video...it worked great, just got to get the timing of the Right + Y perfect. Also, I figured out that if you step back one pace from the tree, then use Braviary, you don't need sneasler on top of the tree, your own feet work just fine.

I commented elsewhere, but it does still work fine. The only thing I had to do differently is that I needed to inch forward on the tree a little bit with sneasler, or else Wyrdeer would clip right through it. Hope this helps

I'll just walk through the temple then get to the top that way and save outside so I can shiny hunt alpha gallade. Been at this for about 12 hours and can't get any of these methods to work.
I'm sorry you couldn't get it. The timing can definitely be tricky. I guess the only tip I can give is to try and adjust your timing from switching to braviary and jumping. I found this method and I even have trouble getting it lol
I just did that trick myself successfully just now and I had to mash at my limit to get it. I kept missing the wyrdeer jump timing from this trick. I hope you got the shiny alpha galade for your troubles

I just adjusted sneasler’s position after landing and it worked fine

trying to do this with my trashy drifty joycons. spent 2 fucking hours on it for me to get semi close
For me braviary won’t go high enough

its def patched now i think, tried all different timings for the jump and it doesn't get any higher

This shits impossible I did it once yday out of pure luck and spent 2hrs trying to get it tonight and was always just short😭
I managed to do it by mashing the Y, +, A combo at the end since Braviary makes it to the top but comes out an inch short.
