- A panel at the Reform UK conference called for a policy that may see the end of Nigel Farage's involvement and perhaps the end of the party as a real force in politics. A right wing commentator who was invited to speak was asked about a message he would sent to the party, and the response was "mass deportations".

And if that part of saying it out loud becomes a big think in RefUK, then he'll abandon the party and let it fail. Just try again with something like "The Independence Party of the UK" IPUK sounds just as stupid as UKIP so that'll be just fine for Farage.

What is this “British Identity?” I had done a three week hiking trip years ago in Scotland/Orkneys. What struck me? The variations of people. Tall Amazonian women, proud of their Norse heritage. Others of Irish influences, Slavic, Spanish, etc. I always thought of the USA a “melting pot,” but wow, the diversity was amazing. Then to say I had tasted chicken Tandoori for the first time in a pub in Forres, Scotland. My only take on this? Racism?
