Thanks for your advice. I eventually got it working. The annoying thing about this I had the black screen problem a month or so back and fixed it but now it has come back with no warning. Anyway, all is well again.

I tried everything from settings, resetting but didn't solve my problem. At last I slapped the phone to palm and it worked for me .😅 try it and thank me later 😉
