Nearly 50 cfm is surprisingly good result! My Dyson DC40 got 55 cfm and think about the price difference :D

I got a dirt devil dynamite that was used without the filter, it blew out a massive poof of dust, so I agree if you do something you shouldn't do with it it will filter just fine
