Hi, I have the same car with the same system. Buy similar equipment or similar to yours, come with the same long cable, the window in the same way you show the video, but do not turn on the radio. And what I could not understand is that I do back where the roof goes. What do you do in the unit that you see when the image is about to return to the cabin? What are you doing in the back of the car? Disconnect something, cut something, or do a loop?
At first no because the unit he supplied came with an amp bypass loom and only allowed him to power the kids and highs, he came back very unhappy with the sound quality of the unit HE SUPPLIED and we ended up installing a new amp in the factory amp location to power all the speakers AND the subs.

+Toan Tran I can't remember the exact model but I installed a 5 channel alpine amp (to power the door subs of the sub channel). The unit he supplied had no RCA preouts so I put 4ch high level into the amp and tuned the gains and crossovers to suit the individual channels
In the end this customer came back as he was unhappy with the new un amplified sound of his new system so i sold him an ampler and installed it where the factory one was originally

Hey man, great job on the video and install. I just purchased the same car. I had a couple questions for you if you don't mind. Where did you get the amp bypass loom with the harnesses? I can't seem to find it any where. Also when you did install the 5 channel amp, can you please give tell us how you wired the amp up? meaning how you connected the speakers to the amp (what color wires went where) and also did you have to run power from the battery? if so where did you bring the power wire into the car? Yea tbh I agree Henry James but it's what the customer wanted, he supplied it, I guess it mainly had Bluetooth which the factory one didn't

How do i retain my amp in this install. Only a few of my speakers are playing.
can you add a rear view camera to that?

Did the 2 door side subwoofers work properly on this car? I installed mine but aww those 2 sub didnt work.
