Just got a 10ml of this..Holy shit, it's fantastic. My favorite is Oud Minerale, and this is neck and neck. Notes of cedar, maybe nutmeg and sandalwood, yet some metallic notes. Its great,and probably worth the money because you won't smell like everybody else.

Tom Ford Private blend was never known for their long- lasting sillages, even the best ones.... bought a dozen different Private blends but stopped like 5 years ago. And NO SAMPLES at that time....

Neroli Portofino, my first one was excellent, but not very long lasting. They did Neroli Portofino Intense, marvelous, but discontinued ... Tuscany leather, great,Rives d'ambre,average, Fougere argent,ok, Sole de Positano, Big problem: few notes, off in 2 minutes. This made me contact their customer support at the time, and I explained the situation. The response was insulting, asking me if I got a counterfeit - had the ticket from Sephora. Since that day, I realized that Tom Ford fragrances (Estee lauder) were under treating every new creation. Now, Tom Ford is not involved in any way with the new perfumes. So, I understand your passion, but the short lasting and no sillage for a 450$ Neroli Portofino Parfum, scam. Best regards, Razvan Tasca

To all the dumb comments about " Estée Lauder acquiring Tom Ford fragrances" : Tom Ford fragrances have always been made by Estée Lauder , since he started his fragrance line in 2006. They owned it since the beginning. They only difference today is they recently acquired his fashion business also.

I always find it funny when people, including yourself I guess, state that a perfume is too expensive because it is 300 dollars instead of 150. Technically the entire hobby of perfume collecting is wasteful and extravagant as most people would smell fine just showering frequently and using appropriate deodorant. Perfume is largely a niche hobby to begin with. I don’t understand refusing to pay a certain amount based off of “principle”. Tom Fords private blend level of perfumery is niche within a niche. If you like it and you can afford it what’s wrong with buying it?
@@vikram8578 It's true that perfume is (or can be) an expensive habit, and I have certainly spent a lot on certain perfumes I've really liked. However, I try not to leave all sense at the door when considering these things. Value for money is a legitimate consideration. For example, I like quite a few of the Le Labo City Exclusives and, frankly, could afford to buy them (and admittedly have twice). But, they are now asking $540 for 100ml. I think that's objectively ridiculous. And because I do have some knowledge of ingredient costs, I'm comfortable saying that there is nothing in them that makes them inherently costlier. All that said, I'm not out to discourage or shame anyone. If you like it and want it, go for it. I bought Ebene Fume at full price because it was worth it to me. But this is priced even above that. It gets a little too "cash grabby" for my taste.
I've tryed it s brilliant but it does not last and for that price no, the market is saturated with alternatives, I will give it another go but I don't have the money to throw away

Nah, I tried this at Nordstroms last week. Lady let me put on 4 sprays (frequent customer) I was very underwhelmed and in two hrs it was barely detected by my wife and her sister. I don't agree with your description on review at all and I like your channel (no hater) especially when you have on ATH. Pa$$ on this. Tom Ford has fallen off. You're buying weak frags for strong money

Neroli Portofino is terrible, very basic Neroli fragrance, you smell like toilet detergent for 300$

Tom Ford is such a unique fragrance house. I can’t pull off many of them but can certainly appreciate the great smells.
If you take ebene smoke and mix it with tobacco oud...remove the oud, you'll have this fragrance

Too much pepper on the opening, its kind of unbearable. Dries down nicely, similar to discontinued oud wood intense.
