@WalkLitterless I agree with you that schools should teach students about the importance of not littering, polluting waterways, etc. to protect biodiversity (as well as clean air, water, and soil for us humans!) I don't think it's lack of education that causes a person to litter. I think it boils down to a lazy and selfish "me first, and screw everybody else" attitude fundamentally.
Glad to welcome a new UA-cam litter picker! Your camera work, etc, will get better as you go. The open jacket/vest is one thing that needs to go, as it keeps blocking the view!
You're a trooper!
Great work , new sub here .
Nice work! That looks like a challenging spot.
It's good to see a new litter picking channel too!
I cannot fathom what goes through someone's head when they toss trash down on the ground RIGHT BESIDE a trash bin! Thanks for cleaning up! 💚💚💚
I think it’s a lack of education about environmental issues.

@ Very true
@@luckylunaloopsDefinitely, but it starts with good parenting.
@WalkLitterlessit’s pure laziness, or bloody mindedness I think everyone knows it’s wrong to drop litter . It’s also very selfish.

Thanks Gerard… I love your channel and have learnt loads from watching… appreciate your comments…
Spoke too soon!
Good job! I'm going to get a long picker too, what length is yours and what make is it?
Hi. It’s 1800mm long. It’s called the Ridged Jaw litter picker. I got mine from ESE direct, which is a UK based company. You can find them online.

Thanks for the tips!
