The first step would be to identify what part of the insect you want to photograph, and make it consistent between all of your samples. You then would need to decide on a set of landmarks that are easily identifiable, and are also consistent between specimens. You can then start to apply your landmarks. I have a tutorial on my channel for applying landmarks that might be of some use 😊
