I think the ectoplasm stuff is from the doctors dog (jolly)
I mean in tape 1 you can hear him say JOLLY NO! which implied jolly became a monster likely not a mascot but part dog part bubble gum which produced ectoplasm
And In tape 3 they collected some ectoplasm from jolly who’s seems to produce it somehow

I’m genuinely overwhelmed with all the new Clucky’s lore, there’s so much being uncovered. Even my friends who don’t like Clucky’s or GameToons content have been invested (I never shut up about it,) so I’ve shared your videos with them! I accidentally found the last cassette tape in the bin at the party room during a round because I always lurk and mess around in that room when I’m running from the mascots. The automatic door is a lifesaver for sure. I really need to take a break from playing, I’ve been spending all my free time on it! Obsession aside, that Monica lady seems like bad news. :’D

I know where the last tape is on stage 4. Go up to the place above the arcade you know where the yellow bunny character is. Then go into the nearest garbage can you'll find the tape there
