    ABOUT SPEAKER
Ajahn Brahmali was born in Norway in 1964. He first became interested in Buddhism and meditation in his early 20s after a visit to Japan. Having completed degrees in engineering and finance, he began his monastic training as an anagarika in England at Amaravati and Chithurst Buddhist Monasteries. After hearing the ‘word of Brahm’ he decided to travel to Australia to train at Bodhinyana Monastery.

    Simple.
Assess the strength of the āsava in the speaker.
When monks walk out of your dhamma talk, that is FEEDBACK.
Some monks should heed the Buddha’s advice before deciding to give dhamma talks:
    “In first establishing himself
    in what is proper
    And only then teaching others
The sage will not be stained.”

Couldn't be avija you are experiencing could it ... attempting to avoid Dukkha by projecting onto a Monk ... the Buddha pointed at the Dhamma, you appear to have missed that.

@@fingerprint5511 The Buddha was on an urgent mission to liberate minds. Modern monks have lost their way. The teachings have been completely lost. They must be rediscovered. Avijjā is not to be avoided. It is to be conquered directly. This is the path of heroic struggle of Maitreya Buddha.
