Yesss come thru sister. This was very thorough. I love everything you did and I'm really glad you took on this task to do the shop and save series. Not only is it cost effective but it's very healthy as well. Most people are not aware but cooked tomatoes provides lycopene which is a source of dietary benefit... I won't go into too much details but is better to cook your tomatoes if you need lycopene. I love the fact that you cooked it only for a min. Again, tomato is water soluble vitamins and most of your B and C vitamins leach into cooking water. I salute you 💯 your work is clean and simple 👌👍
