Best advice on youtube
I have been self-managing my portfolio for the past five years, and currently, with $150k in assets under management, I have underperformed for the past two years. This has got me worried as I am approaching retirement. Are there any ways to turn this around?
To avoid tax complications, consult a financial advisor to restructure your portfolio rather than selling off assets.
Absolutely! I was managing my own portfolio but suffered heavy losses in 2022. Realizing I couldn't continue that way, I consulted a fiduciary advisor. By restructuring and diversifying my $250k portfolio with dividend-paying stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and REITs, I significantly boosted my portfolio, achieving an annualized gain of 25%.
I'm glad i found this discussion. My portfolio hasn't performed well lately, and I'm considering seeking guidance from a financial advisor. How can I get in touch with the person who's been assisting you?
I don't usually give recommendations online, but I've been working with Melissa Elise Robinson, and she is brilliant! I'm sure there are other great advisors out there too.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up after scrolling a bit. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her. Once again many thanks.
I've done this for years. I'll be a millionaire when I'm 50. That's before my retirement.
Your videos are very informative and love the way you explain it in simple to understand terms. Thanks
Great video ,thank you so much .
❤ your video as always great thanks for sharing keep it up good work.
I'm already 42. I don't have another 40 years left. I need a faster method.
It’s difficult because you have to navigate through a lot of B. S. But the truth is we have to figure things out for ourselves. No one is really going to help us or know how. Just put the effort into the little things like he said in this video and go from there.
Crypto is faster than stocks but risky
The best time to start investing is in your twenties, the second best time is now. I didn’t start getting financially healthy until I was 43. Started by getting out of debt for two years. Then started investing heavily. Probably won’t be a multi millionaire, but I’m a heck of a lot better off than when I started.
Since you don't have a plan start with this one..then review after 10 years or complain for the next 40
The only BS to safe is you.
Love for sharing
Thank you for what you consistently do it really helps me stay motivated. I have also pivoted from trying to make myself wealthy to trying to ensure my kid gets wealthy by applying your wisdom. Since I’m a bit far along in the game for myself and my kid is not even 10 yet.
Correct … developing a business / money mindset is important .🙏🏾
You are BRILLIANT!
Lets go baby! Wakey wakey!
Correct, pay attentions on fees. Go check your porfolio

Love it bruh i like it u made it simple.
Jaspreet, why is the Walmart family selling millions of stock since last year. Is there a reason for this?
I'm guessing it's because stock is at an all time high and it is a good idea to take profit when you can.
Note, they have enough money invested to not worry if stock goes higher or lower. They are playing the long game.
Brother please make a video as a guide to start investing in Australia🇦🇺 .... By the way love your content 🤗
Really bruh

💯
Ok so what can you do if you don’t have the years ? Is there other avenues to be able to save?
Here in Brazil investiments with 10% of interests are easy to find, even in fixed income.
We have the third biggest real (after inflation) interest rates in the world.
So what investors should I consider?
Valueble information you don't learn in school or anywhere. If possible I will like a video that have information on how you can invest in the US stock market from South Africa
Subscribe to easy equities. It has the US, TFSA and normal investment options
Faster method. Not about retiring. It's too far off
Well if you have to ask what to invest your own money into then I would have to say your financial education and there's a wealth of knowledge on UA-cam which is free other than your time and remember only you can prevent forest fires and the depletion of your bank account.
Ya what is inflation like in 30 years..is one million enough..I don’t think so
🙂

First
Can't argue with this boring but believable advice. However, financial planners take a piece of the action, and when are you really rich enough to afford such advice? If you make a few mistakes along the way, you will become a more capable decision-maker on your own. Secondly, catastrophes happen. Job loss, family problems, market downturns, health and natural disasters. And, where does all this get you? This narrator has no clue. Keep it simple. If you want to get rich, take some risk early in your career. In retirement, risk is nauseating.
