Oh man. When I was young I wanted to learn about history and EVERYTHING. So that I can understand why, how and what is happening around me (and in the world). Ya know, i used to deal with acid reflux. And you mentioning it reminds me, i havent had acid reflux in months. Probably related to the smoking/ no longer smoking with you. Heartburn can be super tricky Track when it happens and what food / drinks you consume. But i know it can also be the opposite and you can be on a completely empty stomach and start getting heartburn too 🤷♂️ Keto is just great all around, less meals, leas carbs.
My rheumatoid arthritis is basically gone... You know what the big trigger was? Cottage cheese... And sugar Don't notice anything with milk or any other cheese. But I cut milk out too
