This why it is so hard for good police to hold bad cops accountable. It really has to be an internal housekeeping issue due to qualified immunity. We really need to be able to vote on the acceptance of qualified immunity for officers, I know in my field if I was deficient at my job I would be fired, should be the same.

I've only lived in tehachapi for 2 years and I notice the sketchy cops. I've heard nothing but good things about this man.
