INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
¼ Cup Softened Butter
¼ Cup Powder Sugar
Mix Well
Beat Until Fluffy
½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
Mix
1 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Milk Powder
½ Tsp Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp Baking Soda
Sieve
Mix Well
1-2 Tbsp Milk (If Needed)
Make Dough
Grease Oil in 6 Inch Mould
Place a Baking Paper
Take Some Dough
Roll
Cut with a Cutter
Place In Mould
Brush Some Milk
Place a Pan With Wire Stand
Pre-Heat For 5-7 Min.
Cook For 15-18 Min. In Medium Low Heat

I assume this is a great basic recipe to add other flavours? My gran made the best lemon zest biscuits using lemon zest & juice (instead of vanilla essence). Or adding some cocoa & choc chips for choc chip cookies (adding a teaspoon of cooled coffee in some hot water helps enhance the choc flavour).
Running the oven once a week is getting expensive, so I'm hunting for all sorts of stove top baking (bread, pizza, lasagna & other baked dishes, snacks etc) - I'm adding this cookie recipe to my list. Thanks a mil.
