Gloria found out her father was right all along even though he was a bigot with a limited education and knowledge of the world around him. Mike became everything Archie despised and a member of those communes that took in impressionable young adults in the 1970’s.

I didn’t know this series existed. I remember them coming on the Archie Bunker’s Place sequel show. Are there any full episodes of this show around anywhere? What happened to Meathead? Did he ‘die’ in the series or were they just divorced? I’m so curious now.
Even thought the show lasted a season I'm glad it fleshed out Gloria's character

Archie wasn't college educated. He was life educated. He grew up in a different time and was forced to quit school to help support his family.

I think Joey was too old, but with little kids it just adds a little magic and fun to their childhood.
That Santa Claus stuff is ridiculous what a keeper supposed to be ten or eleven years old at the time I think he was too old to believe in Santa Claus

I love Carroll O'Connor but after All in the Family they should have stopped while they were on top. Archie Bunker Place and Gloria were boring shows.

They got divorced. Mike didn't die. if you watched the clip, Joey got a bike that was from his father.
