I was hard stuck diamond till I prioritized upgrading a brawler for every mode. For example look up meta brawlers for every mode. Brock, Larry/lawry, Angelo, Edgar, and Sandy. These are the only lvl 11 brawlers I have and the rest lvl 9 so it is proven to work.
