@@apg4gearhead where i live anything like 90mph+ is possible jail time on any road, since im under 18 i lose my license for at least 45 days even if im only going like 5-10 over, and my car could get impounded but they wouldnt auction it. but the first time i went 110 was the third time i drove alone after getting my license. i also started racing down back roads going like 80 through curves in a 2014 nissan sentra on all season tires within the same week. ive been doing it for 11 months almost to the day and so far no crashes and no run ins with cops. at least not when im being stupid, the one time i got pulled over i was literally just driving like 10 over cuz i was late to school

They had a huge display screen hanging over the bridge, and they showed a video of my car, along with instructions on how to pay the ticket. I was like WTF? Too much technology for me. I never did paid it, being as I was out-of-province, I figured they'd never come after me.
Like when I was doing 90 coming up on a truck and he changed lanes when I was flying up on him. I didn’t get mad. I knew he couldn’t see me at that speed and planned ahead and was already in the left side of the lane. So when he started coming over I just rode on the line as I passed

Hey, love your vids man. Just want to clarify, I grew up in Dubai and my fam is still there so I visit a lot. We do have cops that sit waiting for speeding cars, but they are very rare. The frequency of the cameras depends on the importance of the road and how much traffic there is on a daily basis. Busy roads have more frequent cameras, less busy have less frequent cameras. Cops sometimes (very rarely again) sit on roads like Emirates road in between cameras to try and catch speeders. They don’t need to pull you over because they have roof mounted cameras that work similar to the fixed road ones.

Even if not actively watching, it can be thrown in the background as a kind of visual ambience. - or maybe you're an active watcher like I am, who has yet to get on a bike, but attempts to study, "what made him feel confident to go for The Pull here?" ... "why did he decide to go left there instead of right in that particular instance? ... what did he see there that I didn't see?" At higher speeds the stakes are higher, so there's more immediacy to make the most accurate decisions possible; this can put the rider in the place of making not just a trivial decision, but The Most Effective Decision Possible. For us learners, to see an expert making such decisions is like learning directly from the best mentor. It actually reminds me a lot of the times where one does "paired programming" in the software world. When someone is more skilled than you, you notice, and you learn from their decisions. Now you're better as a result of it. All kinds of reasons, I imagine.
The California Highway Patrol has the same kind of thing. They have sick mustangs, corvettes, Porsches, GTR, Lamborghinis, Ferraris. Probably some tricked out SUVs and trucks too. Do ever you see them on the street, no.

Thats what i still love about my state for now haha there is no highway patrol and highway cameras are only really around the one major city in my state which is on the complete opposite side of the state from us haha, and the rest is just smooth sailing highways and interstates and backroads with curves haha 😊 but the westher sucks for the majority of the year so i only get to ride in the summer... thats one reason we want to move and i think we are going to move.. when ya catch the wife looking at houses for sale around texas then you know we are both on the same page 😅😅😊 way longer riding season for me and her and no real snow..😅 i grew up with loads of snow and im just done with it haha i dont get seasonal depression so when winter hits i go stir crazy not being able to go outside and do anything
