The Garden is 120 feet long and only 24 feet wide it has been developed over time into a small matured wood with mature Pamls and Bamboos of the Phylostachys types and containing species from over all the world including the root hardy Banana basjoo withch has been flowering and fruiting three times withing 6-7 years from 1999 to the last fruting in 2014.

The purple one looks like Sambucus Black Lace and the red flower could be the perennial Nasturtium but is difficult to say from the long shot.
