I would say skip the mirror in the empty space. Maybe do a comfy chair and a little table for tea for a reading nook or some of your nice plants. Everything looks lovely.
I had the same thought!
Had the same thought! This could be the perfect space for Sarah’s vanity instead of the other side of the room where it could potentially block the radiator
Instead of a full length mirror in that space, maybe a floor lamp and a nice cosy chair. Little table as well if there’s room. Like a little reading corner
drapes and sheers on the windows will soften the space and a smallish but cozy chair in the alcove where you can sit and read. nightstands with table lamps would be nice too.
I'd do shelves in that area with maybe mirror behind them 🤔
Looks lovely! Maybe some floating shelves for the empty space.

A tall leafy plant would look lovely.
What a lovely bedroom! I love the tiles in the bathroom and the colour in th bedroom. I think you should use the space for a makeup vanity or something like that, or just a nice chair and turn the corner into a little reading nook with som shelves above or a nice art piece. I’m really enjoying vlogmas, merry christmas from Denmark 🎄🎅❤
I'd say a small reading nook with some kind of shelving for the alcove. You'll have baby pic frames to display.
A mirror or a few shelves in that spot opposite the door
You need some mitten keepers for Margot (long piece of string to run through the arms of the coat with a clip on each end will suffice but you can buy nice purpose made ones too)

Glad you made it home! ;) I do that all the time... forget to make a mental note of exactly where I'm parked. Having nice neighbors is so lovely. We have had wonderful neighbors on both sides for a long time and we know we can count on them if we need anything (and vice versa). Congratulations on a lovely home, friendly neighbors and such a sweet baby!
Glad you’re feeling better Jim! Just in time for Christmas ❤️ lots of love to you, Sarah and your little one 🥰
Went to the lights last year they were so good. Glad Margot is on the mend. Bedroom looks so lovely!
Have you considered painting the wardrobes and the radiator to match the walls - I think that would make the room really cosy.

❤❤❤
I have my mirror in that spot. I love it. I like that I can do a full outfit check cause I can step back (I am tall).
Edit: now that I have watched the whole tour. Could that space be used as a vanity for Sarah? There is great light there.
I thought the same since they put in a full length mirror next to the bathroom, you don’t really need another one and that space could be so useful 🙌🏻
I love seeing the before and after renovations! So pretty !
Those Christmas lights looked amazing! Glad you got to have parent’s night out! :)
I agree that a condition shouldn’t be trivialised but we also have to look at the type of person it’s coming from, whether they make hurtful or nasty comments as a habit because I’m sure we all have said things in our lives that probably had a lot more weight and feelings attached to it for someone else than it did for us. We appreciate the kindness and understanding others show for those few and far between moments that we have amongst thousands of pleasant and positive comments we make. Really don’t think Jim would want to intentionally upset anyone. Kindness needs to be shown to everyone ❤
I’d put an armchair in the space.
my dad colin said i might take emma to see the new whitney houston film biopic at #odeon cinemas
Ps.. If you have nothing positive to say/comment.. MOVE ALONG. Just don’t comment. Why put negative energy out into the world? Newton’s third law will always find you.
Omg I'm Jim and my significant other is Sarah
Great vlog
Where's Sarah's outfit from? 😊❤
Ajam happy birthday 😁
OCD, but your kitchen is always so cluttered :O countertops have so much stuff on it... never seen it clean besides the kitchen reveal video.
anal boring" 😄😅 Enjoy watching your vlogs guys. ❤
Honestly, do you really feel like Jim was coming from a bad/negative place when he said that? I don’t. We are sometimes so quick to judge what others say without actually thinking about it. Yes, OCD is a very serious condition. But let’s save the judgement for people who are actually saying things to be offensive. The intention behind why people say what they say is really important.
You demanding an apology from Jim seems to say a lot more about you than it does Jim.
Jim you saying “I’m a little bit OCD” was so disappointing and offensive to what is a real and debilitating mental health condition, not a quirky tic. No such thing as “a little bit OCD”. I am sure you didn’t mean any harm by this but please read up on how comments like that can sound.
I say that too are you going to have a go at me.. really
Really……..
Comments like that are insensitive and trivialize what is truly a debilitating condition. You are totally valid in raising concerns about his lack of awareness.

I think you’re right in what you’re saying but I do think we should be pointing these things out to people in a kinder fashion. People misspeak all the time and it is unhelpful to judge instead of educate.
