      yes but you might need a little more, coconut flour is 4x more absorptive :)

    I made the Tahini cookies and they came out tasty but crumbly....what did I do wrong? 😛

      It could be the consistency of the tahini, some are thicker/some more runny! this happens with nut butter as well

      I don't think they will bind then because it is a liquid sugar!

    I just finished baking all 3 recipes. The last two were my favorite. I ran out of Tahini so I made some with black sesame seeds. The flaked sea salt on top is a must.. Came out delicious!

      They are so easy and yummy Jamie! You could also add in chopped walnuts or something like that if you wish :)

    For the Tahiti cookies, can I substitute the coconut flour to Almond flour??

      Coconut flour is VERY absorptive, about 4X more, so it won't work.

    Is there a difference between unsweetened cocoa powder and cacao powder? 🤔

      Yes! Cacao is raw, cocoa is treated with heat. In this recipe is doesn't matter since we bake things, but in raw recipes I like to use cacao because you get all the great benefits :)
