not right for all Android phones, there is no "Calls" in my phone's settings but "Calling accounts" is where I needed to go, then I had to select the SIM (I only have 1) then I could get to the call forward options.

chriscote9054 Bro, Make sure your SIM card provider allows you to use Call forwarding and also the SIM that is forwarding calls have sufficient balance. It can fix the issue.😊
