Making Your Vacation Dreams a Reality
hello! Great video! If i buy a package with tickets, does it automatically link the tickets to my friends and family or do i have to link them seperately?
Hey! My family and I are going on a trip later this month and we are trying to set up our accounts. My Dad paid for all our tickets and because of that, all the tickets are on his account. When I try to scan the ticket and put it on my account on my phone, it says the ticket is already in use and won't go through. I would like to have us all have our tickets separated and in our own control.
Is there anyway to separate these tickets into our own accounts so we all can have our individual tickets on our own phones?
Yes, but you will want to contact the My Disney Experience help center. (407) 939-4357
Is it normal to have to wait days in order to link? I keep getting a error saying it can take 72 hours
If you have waiting the 72 hours, then you should contact Disney for some assistance. It usually does not take that long.
What if you are not staying at a resort. Should have added if you sre staying at a resort in the title
Yes, you can link your reservation if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort.
So if a party of five adults were travelling together for a vacation in the fall of 2022 with two separate hotel rooms in the same WDW resort, would we create one account or would each adult create an account and then link them together?
I believe you each make your own with the reservation and add each other to your friends and family list but I really don't know so don't take my word for it
We suggest that each adult create their own account and then you link to each other.
