- Were we ready for the roast?! For the first time i guested on Karen Davila's ANC Headstart with Alodia. We faced some tough questions but managed well. This is bts of our interview with my aunt.

Super gandang news na gumaling si wil,, ung iba kasi pag na rinig na cancer hopeless na sya... mgndang inspiration ung ngyari sknya... kaso nga lang he was treated in the US and for sure MAHAL ung ngastos for the treatment ,, not most filipinos , or anyone from the world can afford that... sana lang this kind of treatment is maging mas accessible sa mas marami pang tao...

Been kind of busy here in the desert lately, so I've been away a bit. You two have been extremely busy campers since you've been back to Manila. I think you can safely say that it's been kind of manic for both of you. I'm sure it's been fun, but I also can guess that it's been tiring.
This thing that you started a few years back is picking up momentum. What started as a small snowball at the top of a hill inching downward at a slow and methodical pace has picked up momentum and speed. It's morphed into a beach ball sized sphere, moving quickly down the slope, and now it's transformed into a powerful avalanche of snow racing downward. That's a lot to handle. Compound that with the excitement of a a growing relationship... You have more to do than a "one legged man in a butt kicking contest." Interviews, planning, getting out there with friends... being creative... and just making up for the time that you missed... Damn, that's a lot for each 24 hours.
There's so much to see and so much to accomplish in the bright beautiful world. I recall commenting about relishing all of it, just like Little Crick getting every last bit of juice from that watermelon rind he was enjoying. This is just my take on it all... slow down, look at the colors, breathe in the scents of the day, and just enjoy what you're doing and who you're with. One thing that I want to do in my life is tell those around me why they are indeed important to me. I don't do that enough and I hope you're better at it than I am.
And one last thing... the anonymous guy in the restaurant is my hero... and I hope he stays in the shadows. Not because he shouldn't be recognized for what he did, but there is such power in giving without anything in return. He has set the bar for you brother... Now, it's up to you to be the silent giver out there. Do it... and I can assure you that it will fill your heart.
Hope you're having fun and doing everything you want to. Just take one bite of life at a time... don't forget to slowly chew and savor the taste of it all. Life's a wonderful dish! Keep on keepin' on!

Hi Wil my hubby is American and he does that a lot specially to people in the service, if we see group of men and women in uniform eating, we just pick up their tab and leave. It’s our way of thanking them for their service and make our country safe. We do it in the Philippines and here in US which I thought is very special. Random kindness right?

You may also try doing your kindness in the slum areas where people can't even go to restaurants because they can't even afford to buy a can of sardines or rice.. I think that would be even better. Thanks for your generosity and kindness!😊
