    I believe in Freedom, with a capital F.
    Most people usually live their lives on autopilot. They react to situations, to the behaviour of others. Without thinking, without awareness. Just based on what is happening under their own surface regarding their beliefs, values, expectations, prejudices, ...

    📌 That Freedom of Choice, which you create through a different awareness, enables you to become and stay more proactive. Proactive, towards yourself and others, such as your team members, colleagues, manager, customers, ... And proactive in difficult situations, conflicts and more.
