Ingredients :
Chicken leg - 3 nos
Marination:
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Chicken Tikka Masala - 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
oil/ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Take chicken leg pieces and make some deep slits on each chicken legs on both the sides
2. Add Marination
3. Grill the marinated chicken for 8 minutes on each sides. (I have used grill pan)
8. After 8 minutes, remove it from the grill and serve hot.
Delicious tangri kebab is ready to be served, you can sprinkle chaat masala on top of the chicken leg pieces its an optional or serve with mint chutney or mayonnaise
I have even made a healthy side dish with crunchy cabbage.
