Okay, so first of all you mention that you can expect a sudden promotion when you have this or that aspect, but WHEN?
Secondly, you say "you will get promoted if........ and you will also get promoted if.......". That is rubbish, being promoted may depend on where you work, how good you are at that work, your nature (depending on your ascendant) and the strength of your planets.
