Easily my favorite Prism song! and the MV just pushes it even higher. So much cool art & animation! When I heard the preview I wasn't sure how I'd like the higher than normal pitch of the vocals, but Rita conquered my fears
She always gets us that in the preview it’s always just the ending or a short part of the chorus but yeah the verses were powerful

Sorry to start with a comparison, but trust me on this.
I think you are familiar with Shelter, by Porter Robinson and Madeon. I always thought it was such a nice balance of a heartfelt message and a melancholic topic, resulting in an bittersweet but upbeat song about losing someone and honoring them by carrying on their legacy
I always thought songs like this are hard to pull off but DAMN, Rita, you've done it. The duality you've set up was really well balanced, mixing the anxiety caused the external (and internal!) hate and the love of those around you to fight (or heal!) it.
It also comes to mind the initial dichotomy you said before releasing the song, between vulnerability and strength. In this case it is not actually a true dichotomy in the end, because is through being vulnerable and sharing your burden with other is that you were able to overcome the challenges on your way.
All of this resulting in a bittersweet but ultimately upbeat song about healing the hate of individuals with the help and love of those around you that care
