Really enjoy your podcasts Mina. I had a fall many years ago and landed sitting down hard and developed Bursitis in the area near left hip soon after. Check this out. Had 2 steroid injections in area. Lots better now but plays up sometimes. Hope your better soon 🧶x

I think i will search my cookie cutters for xmas themes and imprint a cut potato and cut away the outsides. As i dont get to craft store that often. Thanks for the inspiration. 🙋❤️
