    I have a slight issue - I want to have a "new user" guide but obviously want to separate it after the normal steps to customer specifics. I only want this to be a guide as the assigning steps etc. is already managed by our ticketing system.
    Would you suggest a new user "KB" so reference a global KB at the top, then read the customer's KB, or a new user "Process" where the steps are a process template that we add on additionals in the customer's processes?
