I think Erling is great, but he’s yet to score a goal as good as Sergio’s worst goal. Erling has better vision than Aguero and Suarez, he knows where he needs to be to score, which makes him a reliable finisher, but until he starts scoring 30/40 yard screamers, he’ll never be better than Aguero

I feel if you put any other top striker or even Alvarez in place of Haaland, they would have still managed the treble because City as a team were getting quite a firm grip in terms of making it far in the UCL compared to Aguero's time where the team wasn't used to getting far in the UCL. They have the best striker in the entire world right now, and back in the day, "Aguero" wasn't even considered in the top 5 attackers in the world, Haaland is easily the best right now or at the very least top 3. Even still, it's not a lack of loyalty, it's just the sight of potentially one of the greatest Premier League strikers of all time.
