awesome vid man :) I’m also from the UK but parents are from HK, and most British born Asians I’ve met are usually Chinese so it was interesting to see how it’s like for Japanese cultures! keep it up bro
Really interesting video to watch as you re both so in touch with your Asian side. This is a real contrast as most Eurasians in the UK on the whole don't speak both parents native languages to a fluent level. It's cool to learn about your experiences as mixed Japanese individuals as it's not everyday you come across this ethnic background 🙂
Thank you so much! There is a Part 2 which I'll be uploading soon too, and I've got lots of London content coming up as well so if you subscribe that would be amazing! :)
Actually being able to speak both languages to a fluent Level doesn't make you more Japanese or European. The way how you were raised, your own values, cultural influence and Impact does. For e.g. I can be brought up by only my Japanese mom, spent most of my time within a Japanese community and have only Japanese friends and yet can't speak good Japanese You are just lucky if your Asian parent is persistent in your education
You know, the way you describe 7-Eleven and their sandwiches is kinda like Marks & Spencer here. Although, M&S is probably more expensive than Japanese konbini. Rather jealous that I've never been, I know so many people who have ^^;;; People call me American all the time... I'm Irish >.

Great video! What a pair of beautiful siblings.
I've only learnt a bit about the Japan is through Tokusatsu, rather than anime. Its quite interesting to see how they utilise random English words

Andew Koji is also half Japanese from Surrey, brilliant actor in The Warrior
Warrior, not The Warrior. Great series, it's on HBO Max
Cheers for the 字幕

Glad you got the reference! And thank you for subscribing 😊
Shizuka Anderson also hafu looks more Japanese, your sister and you don't have a specific Japanese look.
I think that hafu people I've seen can range from looking super Japanese to super non-Japanese!
Write the translation when you're speaking Japanese
A bit hard to get through to be honest.
Japanese accent in anime is quite exaggerated thou
