I can honestly say that my cat saved my life... After my wife passed, I'd lost all interest in life, I was just facing away, and then this little black cat showed up at my back door... He was tiny and all alone, and so I naturally went around the neighbourhood trying to find his owner, but no luck.... So, long story short, I called him Shadow because he never leaves my side while I'm in the house, and seven years on we're doing fine. Love you my shadow ❤
My boy Marty is the only reason that I get out of bed in the morning , if not for him I would be one giant bed sore .
They are furrballs of loving care..we don't deserve them but sure glad we do ♥

I so love my two cats...even if they do something irritating, I take a step back, take a breath, and then move on. I always show them love and respect, because in their old age, I want them to remember the scratches behind the ears, their contentment when sleeping in my lap, and the extra cat treats I give them at 3 AM when they follow me around. I am lucky to have them! ❤❤

If it were not for the domestic cat , we hairless apes would still be roaming from one place to another looking for available food stuff . Their protection of our stored bounty allowed us to settle and advance civilization. The cat continues to watch over and protect us from things that we cannot see , and will never know .

You seemed to use the words such as "Mom", "Dad", "Owned" and "Owners". You should know by now that Cats' don't have any of those, what they do have can be summed up in one word... "Slaves". Dogs have owners, Cats have slaves. The Egyptians revered Cats as Gods, Cats have never forgotten that. When you have a Cat in your life, you own nothing, everything is theirs unless they decide differently. They play the game to their rules and hold the right to change the rules at their will without notice. Cats are the best!

Only males spray when they have not been neutered and if you are patient, you can train most cats to listen and not tear up just like dogs however they will ignore you from time to time lol. Just like people educate themselves on owning dogs, you have to do the same with cats.
