33rd! Was late, getting my front diff evaluated - bearings maybe… Bec and Chris in rain, wind and snow, Kevin and Brit in sunny warm…(I know where but I ain’t saying). Nice, fun work again, as always. You two work so we’ll together! LiteBriteNationTopsInJeeps!
While I was recovering from a bad motorcycle wreck ( airlifted from the scene with broken left shoulder and broke all the ribs on my left side) I binge watched all of your videos. I’m so glad that you are making your dreams come true and living life to the fullest every day. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Out of two Cjs and one JK, the only top that didn't leak was the soft top I bought from JC Whitney many years ago. All my hard top Jeeps leaked water. The best part about a soft top is when everyone else is scraping the ice off all their windows, js a good smack from the inside shatters the ice off.
I like the bed liner paint. There was a guy who's car got totaled because of hail damage, he bought the car after the settlement and painted it with bed liner paint to cover the damage.
You can tell that Bec has kept Chris in good shape this winter, did you see how he swung that door around like it was nothing 😁. Great video guys, looking forward to seeing some snow wheeling. ❤❤💯🤙
I think that it's. Amazing the Chis can hang out here... And then pull out the mullet wig and do the same job for Cletus! Chris is a very busy dude! Lol!
I had a CJ7 in high school with a fastback soft (and hard) top and I loved the one piece soft doors cause you could just whip them off and throw em in back.
Hey kids...! Another lesson about how to make things right. I'm surprised though, there's no heat in the Day Care. Come on kids! Get at least a kerosene heater or torpedo heater to to chase that chill out. Next winter; have that used motor oil type heater system installed that'll really help! ☃❄🚙
I didn't read the instructions and tried to put the top on in a shop with no heat in the winter and had to cover the 47 willys with blankets and tarps with a heater in side to stretch the top to the snaps took me three days
Wasn’t Lite Bright some kind of game for kids back in the 70s, where they had these little plastic pieces and you inserted them into some kind of board that had little holes in it?
Should have fired up that jet heater and put the soft top in front of laying over something so the heat could get under it and soften it up a bit. lol.
Question?? How do you know where to screw the snaps onto the tub of the jeep? Looking to install a tiger top also just not sure where to screw the snaps onto the tub.
Beck, you can call me any time to put a top on. This could had been so filled with "Innuendos". "Put it on outside". "Call your best friend and he can help you put your top on" and there was so much more. Is it me, or am I becoming a dirty old man. I blame Kevin and Brittney then!!
Chris, the measurement isn’t a 1/4” too long, it’s only an 1/8”. Time to break out the heat-gun and work the top a bit. Getting an 1/8” stretch over 75” is nothing.
I hope the sun can fix that top. So wrinkled it looks like it needs a new top. And the gap in the windowframe on the driver's door.....dang. I'd be angry.
Sorry I bought a bestop tonneau cover for my Gladiator the hinge broke with in 3 weeks straps lasted month sent emails try calling nothing no response. Will not buy from them ever again.
I love it that Bec's LJ is lurking in the background begging for attention. I was hoping to see that cj sling some snow.

Set an electric heater inside the Jeep, it will soften the top so you can stretch it easily. Works!!
I just love watching pros at work! You make it look easy! Happy Trails to all of you!

❤️❤️❤️
That brought back some memories. I have installed north of 30 Bestops on Jeeps, Broncos, FJ 40's, and Scouts. I don't miss it. Good job guys.

Great advice on the tongue out trick Chris I find it helps when brush painting, and splitting seized nuts, 🤣😂Great video team,
Nice!!!! My favorite episodes!!!! You rock guys!!!! 🤘🤘🤘 I wish Bestop would bring back the half tops or YJs and TJ's!!!
I like the bed liner paint. There was a guy who's car got totaled because of hail damage, he bought the car after the settlement and painted it with bed liner paint to cover the damage.
Another great video! I'm always looking forward to Chris and Bec's videos
That's a very cool looking Jeep.
This video was "TOP" shelf content.
You can tell that Bec has kept Chris in good shape this winter, did you see how he swung that door around like it was nothing 😁. Great video guys, looking forward to seeing some snow wheeling. ❤❤💯🤙
A crescent wrench is actually called an adjustable hammer lol that's what I call it anyway 🤣

Chris is a very busy dude! Lol!
you two are awesome
I want a Bec ! You guys do great !
Take the propane heater , point it in the door of the jeep and warm it up. Its definitely a job to do on a sunny, hot day.
Love how it all came together. Until next time... Wrench safe.
Excellent work you two! Love your videos.
Did my soft top outside in almost freezing temps. Pot of hot water helps to stretch it during install

Extra screws and bolts always comes in handy.
Great looking Jeep.
Awesome video lite Brite Nation.
Put it in front track then lay it on the hood and run the engine. It will heat it and make it more playable for install.
Looks marvelous! 🏆
Smiling!
I did one on my 78 CJ7 or the 79.
Bek reminds me of a woman I watch on youtube Sarah Dawn Moore gives advice about men and women.
SHOP RULE: What happens in the shop, stays in the shop!
So that means that you don’t go into the house & confess!
Looks great!! Good work!

That turbine heater would have been handy for heating up the vinyl.
You guys need your own channel, Litebrite garage. Then we get all of the build videos in one place.
We get them all in one place now... lol.
They are all in one place! 😁 We have a playlist specifically for all of the shop content!
Get yourselves a Bolts & Nuts "Mac Daddy System.
I hate when the screw is to short...... Love your stuff....

wish you could buy doors like that for a JK, the Best Top 2 piece door dont keep the rain out, to flimsy
Crescent hammer. LOL
Fookin send it ❤🔥💯
Question?? How do you know where to screw the snaps onto the tub of the jeep? Looking to install a tiger top also just not sure where to screw the snaps onto the tub.
Wish I could have you guys work on my truck. Can we work out a payment plan. :)
Are you guys running koh this year?
Are Chris and Beck a couple? Their build videos are my favorites.
They’re just friends! 🙂
Try a heat gun to massage the top for getting the snaps in.
Twenty 9th 👊🏻💪🏻
👍
The straps ?
💯
Bec@14:21 I think the word you're lookin' for is firm

Why did you throw away the constructions, So you're going to wing it

Am I the only one who thought they were a couple?
You are definitely not the only one. 😅 But they’re just friends.
@@LiteBrite Pretty sure on the house update video you mentioned "Chris and Beck's room". :)
@@g_lock3797 we have seperate rooms
@christianpayne9834 okay, missed the room"s" part. Guess we're all romantics at hart. You two work together great on camera.
9:40 You're not a real mechanic iffn ya ain't got a coffee can full of random nuts/bolts/doodads!
Sorry I bought a bestop tonneau cover for my Gladiator the hinge broke with in 3 weeks straps lasted month sent emails try calling nothing no response. Will not buy from them ever again.
Nice top, shame about the Mack dog👎👎
Third first!
First comment?
First 🤙
I see the benefits of a Rhino Liner paint job, but I also foresee some possible problems. I'd like to see results after a season of wheel'n.
Use Bully Liner, much better than Rhino, mines been on for 5 years, still looks like new!
Doing it by yourself is easier than you think been doing it for 20 years by myself lol I am 6'4'' though lol
Never seen a top like that My Yj had soft top and it was nothing like this. it had a metal track frame that went around the edge of the body
