First time on your channel and I already loved you guys,I like your positive thoughts and energy... I’m a new printer and you guys give a lot information to us... thank you and keep it up strong couple 💪🏼
it does help to have worked at some print shop. I got the change that the guy who printed my shirts, he showed me his little operation, hamble beginnings with a small lampo from home depot, but many years later he had a 34 stations monster printer that the carrousel spins with compress air, he printed shirts for the Sal Lake City Olimpics. His first press was rusted 4 colors extremely old without registration. It is possible to get to high places when you start with the first step.
Thanks so much! 😁 but it uses neither, it uses a 240V Nema 6-20 P type plug.. similar to a standard plug outlet but one of the prongs is turned sideways. We had to run new electrical just to run it but it wasn’t hard at all.
Hey new subbie here 👋🏽. The finished product looks so dope. I can’t wait to see more. Wishing y’all much more growth and success with your shop. Definitely here to stay…let’s grow together 💪🏾📈

Just got a four color one station press less than a week ago! My question is this! How come you dont use plastisol transfers? i kind of regret getting this set up because i feel like the heat press would of been alot of a better investment, but im still deciding wether im going to go all in or not!
We do use heat press transfers but this is the way to go when you're really trying to put out numbers, I can stand at the heat press and maybe do 30 hoodies or shirts an hour, I can do 5 times that amount standing at the press. It's just much more productive for us. It also heavily depends on what your pressing or printing, if its just one color, yes i can pump it out but if its a full color designs I would much rather do heat press transfers.

Great vid!!! Been thinking about buying a conveyor dryer also..does it us a standard 3 hole wall plug or more like a plug for a washing machine?
