Other buses worth doing are the following, Stagecoach Devon 1 Plymouth to Tavistock, Stagecoach Gold Plymouth to Paignton via Totnes, Pymouth Citybus 34 Derriord Hospital to City Center and National Express 504 Plymouth to London Victoria and return

This is a new one for me. When I lived in Accrington we never had this service. If I remember for preston we either had to get the 152 from Clayton-Le-Moors or change at Blackburn. Shame to see Preston Bus Station being a shadow of what it used to be, with local buses using the now pedestrianized area.

Not every single 59 service goes to Accrington, mostly terminates at Royal Blackburn Hospital.
