@@25jsw12 Du hast Recht, das Staging bei Drowning in the rain hätte auch von mir sein können, so langweilig war es. Aber das wäre zumindest das gewesen, was man problemlos in den nächsten 3 Monaten hätte angehen können. Nichtsdestotrotz freue ich mich über eure Rückkehr zum ESC und hoffe, dass es für Tali gut laufen wird in Malmö.

@@mxfg1535 Yeah, almost every song had changes in the staging from national final to Eurovision. The national finals usually have a smaller budget, especially in small countries.

Televote liked it more, she got at least 10 more points in original 8 and only lost by 1 in the super final. That still puts Tali at a bigger lead if you cancel them out.
This would have been my personal favourite. An impactful ballad. I hope she'll try again next year. Love to Luxembourg from Ireland.

Agree about the staging. She shouldn't have just stood there statically. She should've held the mic and moved around to add more dynamism, emotion and theatrics.
Like it she wanted to keep it simple, she could've even just started in the back looking away or down and then as the song builds, look up and walk forward, and then at the climax either sing into the skies or crouch down in emotional agony and belt out her feelings. I think that kind of theatrics would have sold the performance even more. Just my two cents anyways.
Difficult to sing such a tricky song song if you move around. Perfect for me.

This was my favorite going in, and it was the best live performance on the night - but I'm not mad about Tali advancing. Quite a few of the other songs were quite bad, and if one of them had advanced, I'd be furious.

This is the upset of this preselection season, the song with eurovision in every inch of its DNA. It could have strenghen this year's ESC so much, match the quality with Slimane's Mon Amour, i think we all hoped for the rest of the countries to send/choose their best after early announcement of sending Slimane, and Fighter was not the best option here. Krick totally should've won here.

She was my pick. But I am not mad about Tali. Quite a few of the other songs were just not it, so glad Luxembourg was able to pull through with something. Some constructive notes though:
While I actually enjoyed this performance because musically it was lovely, I just wished she held the mic and moved around to show more emotions and theatrics. You‘re right but I felt like most of the performances were quite static. Nevertheless this was my absolute favorite.

I listened to this music on a music app. Just randomly and I had no idea about who ever was the singer.
This is a very spécial song and a great art of work in my honest opinion. So many feelings and different ideas mixed very well.
But I have to admit it seems to be a difficult song for live performance. Would love to see this singer succeed.

@@EclipseHighroller well if you already took part in a competition, there is something called impartiality, which is very important when you choose a jury. Luxembourg being a very small country, it’s suitable and correct to have an international jury.
How can you know in advance which song they would choose?

Shame about the styling, completely missed the mark there and takes away the impact of the song, but the song would be one of the best this year. Luxembourg made a mistake sending a generic pop song with a chorus that shoots you back decades. This should have won with a landslide
