I do agree that overall the Treasure series felt more cohesive sound-wise, and I think the pirate theme really unified it all together. But I also wonder if I just feel that way because I got into them right between the Treasure and Fever series -- so I already had the entire Treasure series to marathon, but I've experienced the Fever series in real time. However, I also think it makes sense thematically that it feels less unified and more experimental, because the Fever series is actually a prequel to the Treasure series. So their characters are just trying to figure out both life and this world they've been sucked into, whereas in the treasure series they're more established in that. On the flip side, Eden (their main producer) has said that he felt immense pressure working on this album specifically, to the point he was almost afraid he might be losing his touch. So it's definitely a transition period for them in real life, too.
Ateez they are just special. They just have "IT" they make you wanna watch them and listen to all their music and get to know them. They all have different personalities but they just work so well together you can see the love the members have for each other. And I am so freaking proud to be an Atiny.
OH I actually saw a guide the other day where Mingi was honest with his fans because he felt bad. He said the scene with the "I cannot Englishi" was kind of staged and all the meme times he sang "Let It Go" in the vlogs. He was explaining the little film crew they had would like set him up or expect him to do these things when they put the camera on him and he's like I don't want you guys thinking that I'm honestly that obnoxious or anything it was just a bit of fun we were having and trying to make things more entertaining. Again - the level of honesty and realness these guys have with Atiny just blows my mind lol
@@SweetCeciliaD Well, for the "I cannot Englishy" was actually his idea because he thought it'd be funny rather than just use a translator on his phone :) so I don't think it's all just them pegging him on to do certain things. Maybe it's not so much he feels he has to behave a certain way, but he himself likes being silly and acting out to entertain us. I think he was just worried that his own attempts to make us laugh may make him look bad (being self conscious)? The only one that I felt a little bad for was the "Let It Go" because it sounded like he was kind of over that one but the kept pushing. I think at some point he finally did say he didn't want to do it anymore and they respected it.
Ah I feel the same way about ATEEZ! They really do feel like 8 besties living their best lives, and when you look more into their individual journey’s to KQ/ATEEZ, you realise that as cheesy as it sounds, destiny really had a part in bringing them together. I also didn’t expect to love Eternal Sunshine so much as a diehard Team Deja Vu lol. Looking forward to more ATZ content 💛
Some people were saying the end with Woosan is like Peter Pan :p which was even referenced in the lyrics during Hongjoong's rap and some other stuff I missed.
I kind of said so on patreon already but yeah I do generally like the Treasure series a fair bit more, at least until this album. Pt.3 definitely has the best b-sides in my opinion, parts 1 and 2 each really only had 1 b-side I liked. As for biases, I'm generally not someone who changes biases, I just keep adding more 😅 So Wooyoung has been my #1 bias since debut and now Yunho and Seonghwa are biases also.
With their Treasure series, I guess since thosr were their first few albums of their career as a group, they decided to keep a steady flow with some rule breakers here and there (songs like Answer and Win, Promise and such). Where as with the Fever series, they seem to have decided to up the ante almost completely. I guess what with them being more experienced, wether its with Hongjoon's composing, he and Mingi's writing, the vocal line has even grown and improved all together so they took advantage of that. Also choreo HAS JUST GONE ALL THE WAY UP. My GOOODNESS these past three albums have been so left field, and kinda random. Yet nothing feels misplaced. Hip Hop, Jazzy funk, Ballads all found their way into each album. Love em for it. A song for every mood! (Sorry for the novel, No Regurtz tho!
i think i like the treasure series more too but i have few songs from fever series i find myself listening to all the time. pt3 was alot softer too. Also pt 3 is the last one if im not wrong
Heeey, grab a coffee ☕️ I just found your channel (a couple of hours ago) through Monsta X reactions and I decided to marathon it. Saw the Monsta X playlist and then all the MV reactions for the Ateez playlist (as you can see I'm a subscriber by now). I'm really happy that you're enjoying both groups and I just wanna say a couple of things that I noticed during this marathon. First one, it's really just a personal thought, but sometimes I feel you miss a lot of really good parts of the MV, with that being scene, vocals or choreo because you keep talking over the video, and please keep talking, but could be good pause sometimes or go back a little bit to make sure you're not missing anything, but again, just a suggestion. The second one, through this whole journey I believe I heard you talk about Yunho and Yeosang like two or three times and this video here is the one you said the most. I don't know if you're not interested in them or if you still don’t recognize them, whatever it’s, I guarantee you that you're missing a lot, they're both amazing and deserve to be noticed, you'd be surprised by their skills. You used to not notice Wooyoung too, but since Kingdom and AOTM you started to talk about him. I hope it doesn’t take another competition show or solo work to you start to pay attention on them cause my atiny heart really hurts with it 💔. Anyways, damn this was a lot, but I'm really glad that I found your channel, I'm really excited about the next Monsta X reactions (I don't know if know that they just came back with Rush Hour), and if you allow me, I would like to make a group suggestion, I know you like more hardcore groups, but if you're interested in some music more soft and beautiful, Astro is a very good and cute group that have amazing songs, not so hard, yet the choreo is ALWAYS hella difficult and insanely synchronized. If someone is still reading this, thank you, I appreciate your time 🥰
Yunho and Yeosang definitely took me the longest to pinpoint in terms of faces, but I've had them down for a good bit now. I have a bunch of ATEEZ content up on Patreon where I definitely discuss them more. I've also done 2 ASTRO reactions, I believe!
@@KpopPrince ohhh thank you for the quick response. I searched for an Astro playlist and didn't find it so I assumed that you haven't done any of it, I'll search for their videos right now then! It's good to see that you now can recognize Yunho and Yeosang's faces. Considering the patreon. Thanks again for the reactions 🤗

I know you are aware that pixy had a comeback with addicted, saw your twitter post about it like 2weeks ago, now i'm wondering where it's at :D The song is amazing, honestly i'm still debating if Pixy's - addicted is mv of the year for me, yes it's that good.

IU dancing to Micheal Jackson and Gangnam Style " IU dancing to Gangnam Style". She was a good dancer back then, so no surprise now.
