Never have intentionally listened to a Kenny Chesney track before , but I gotta say he has done a very good job with this timeless song , man's got a beautiful voice. Grew up to my mom listening to 1980's-1990's country music and this song reminds me of those days when the men and woman didn't need autotune mics to sing on key and have a wonderful voice, miss those days, can't help but consider that many of my generation (born 1983) took those years for granted , I'd do anything to go back even to the early to mid 2000's , the music , the state of the nation , the economy , jobs, fashion trends, the cars , the small clubs that had live emo/hardcore/metal core/nu-metal bands play every Friday and Saturday, the state of my life in those days , the reality of the people, relationships and worlds before social media , texting and cell phones/internet had yet to ruin all those things as it's come to do in my opinion largely in the generations of mine and younger , even my parents generation got hooked and reeled in by the social media and modern techy life, such a shame man, I feel bad for the people who are currently younger than 31-33 as they likely are a little too young to truelly have experienced and remember the world we had back then and have since sadly lost. The people used to be unified by music and that was enough to create smiles , laughter , love , relationships of a life time and peacefulness for the time at least when in the music , I dont see today's modern music coming even anywhere close to having the capabilities and power to do any of those things I just mentioned , it's a shame, this world s people now more desperately than ever all need something to purpose and unify them so we can all stand together to catch our crumbling rapidly falling no longer democratic United States and take it back and rebuild her all together , no more corruption , no more human trafficking , no more bombing the life out of every foreign nation unjustly with strike drones and DEW's , no more fighting and severe polarizing of the public against each other , no more poverty , the push to trick everybody into fighting with each other until they hate one another has been executed without notice behind the backs of the current generations of this nation and I can't take seeing it any longer , it's all for no reason , non that I see justifiable at least in my opinion. Everybody needs to stop falling for the mainstream media's and federal govts tricks and traps that are pinning us against each other and instead unite against those corrupt regimes , factions and corporations. Largely no matter how different others may seem we are all largely seeking the same things in and from life and people need to see that , not the propaganda and nightly broadcast of bullshit spewed from CNN . God bless this nations people and this planet
