Lyrics:
The digestive system is how we eat
The fruits and the veggies or rice and meat
This is a journey that starts in your mouth
The digestive system is what it's all about
From the mouth to esophagus the stomach, that's fine
And then to the small and large intestines
The rectum and the anus and then it comes out
The digestive system is what it's all about
Best song ever!!! Helps me memorize so fast. And it’s so catchy! ❤

If I eat meat before a weightlifting workout how long should the workout be for the meat protein to start improving the muscles ASAP with maximum efficiency
If you eat meat before lifting weights, it takes a few hours for the protein to be digested and the amino acids to enter the bloodstream. The timing of how quickly your muscles can use those amino acids depend on a combination of your metabolism, the type of workout, and other factors. It's more about making sure your body has the nutrients it needs over time to support muscle recovery and growth.
I can tell you what I do. I try to eat about an hour before my workout, but I try to get a mix of protein and carbs because the carbs help for giving more energy during the workout. After my workout, I try to eat a high protein breakfast, which will usually include a protein shake. I find that doing this, I get the nutrition I need to fuel my workouts and the protein I need to build muscle.
Hope that helps.
It's my song for my esembely I'm doomed
Are there any places in the body where liquids we drink and solids we eat mix? If yes can you give an example of times and volumes and masses that would make this mix a problem for someone that marches all day?
Niice one😂✨
Thanks, Vegito 👍🏾

Thanks, Celine. Glad you're enjoying it. I'm working on the next one now - on the respiratory system 😉🎶
(Assuming running speeds up digestion) If someone does four hours of walking on one day after eating sandwiches, on the next day how long would he have to run if he ate the sandwiches an hour later and wanted the same progress with digestion at the end of the 4 hours?
That's an interesting question. But here's the thing - Yes, walking can help stimulate digestion, but it's a bit more complex than just matching time spent walking/running. There are other factors to take into consideration. Things like your metabolism, hydration level, the type of food you eat, etc. Each person's digestion can vary. I would recommend consulting with a sports nutritionist that can evaluate what you're doing and make the best recommendations for you.
