Why do I only see the style vestments of rage on this vendor?

You need the appropriate CR to be able to see the style in the vendor. I think you need 130 CR to see and purchase the style.

You need to be CR 131?? I think?? to see the style in the style vendor and to be able to purchase the style.
So you will need to raise your CR to be able to purchase the style.
You can also get the gear in various missions like Blackest Day.... or Blackest Night.... but again you will need like 131CR to even access the missions.
